Postgraduate degree programs
There are about 39 universities and some of the tertiary colleges which offer postgraduate degree courses to international students.
Postgraduate courses can be studies via research or course work methods.
Most international students adopt course work method to do their postgraduate degree course.
Postgraduate courses can be in the following arrangement:
- Postgraduate Certificate
- Postgraduate Diploma
- Master degree

Program Intake:
Depending on the campus and the course you will be doing, most university has February (Autumn) or July (Spring) intake.
Some university's international campus also has November (Summer) or January, May or August intake.
Tuition fee
Tuition fee is payable per semester per subject (unit) basic.
Tuition fee charge on each course is also vary among university. Generally, the level of tuition fee charge on each course and by each of the university is highly affected by it prestigious and demand for a course.
Scholarship:
International student who has excellent academic results may qualify for the award of full or partial scholarship.

Academic qualification:
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Relevant working experiences -for some master degrees especially MBA program or research emphasised program.
3 years Diploma- for certain type of master degree (Extended) program or do a Pre-Qualifying program before doing master degree program.

English language requirement:
Apart from academic qualification, you will also need to provide evidence of proficiency in English language which meet the entry requirements. Recognised English language evidence include:

| TOEFL (Internet) | 90 overall and writing is 23, Reading, speaking and listening is 22 |
| TOEFL (Paper) | 577 overall and min 5.0 in TWE |

| Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) | B grade |
| Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) | A grade |
| English for Direct Entry program | Acceptable grade |
Depending on the university and the type of program you will be doing, some university or programs such as teaching, law and nursing may requires higher grade in English in meeting the entry requirement.
It is also possible that the university may waive the English language requirement if the medium of instruction for your undergraduate degree study is in English.
Package arrangement
If your English results is not meeting the direct entry requirements, please do not disappointed as we can arrange a "package" program for you to improve your English language skills prior to commencing your postgraduate degree studies.
Future direction:
After you have graduated from your postgraduate degree studied, you can choose to further your doctorate research study in Australia.

Post study work rights- Temporary Graduate; Subclass 485 Visa
If you held a student visa which was granted to you on or after 5/11/2011 to do bachelor, bachelor with honours, master by course work or master (Extended) degree program, and
If you do 1 or more of these relevant programs with total duration is 2 academic years and above, upon completion of the studies, if you also have competent English (IELTS score of 6 in each of the 4 bands) as well as fulfilling other criteria as require for this class of visa, it is possible for you to apply for a 2 years' post study work visa to further your temporary stay in Australia.
If your program of study is master by research, you can apply for a 3 years' post study work visa.
If your program of study in doctoral degree, you can apply for a 4 years' post study work visa
After you have applied for your Temporary Graduate Visa, you can choose to do a Professional Year program ( certain selected majors only) or seek work and built up your employment experience in Australia.
Migration settlement in Australia
Alternatively, it is also possible for you to consider applying for a skilled visa to work or migration settlement in Australia if you are able to meet the skilled visa criteria to apply for these classes of visa.
